When can I return a product?

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods from a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement to cancel the contract revoked. You can use the model withdrawal form  (model form_ withdrawal.pdf) for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To send the withdrawal period before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from us.

If you return only part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods that results from it use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary for their nature, characteristics and functioning
of the goods.

When do we pay the shipping costs for your return?

New Habitz or our seller will pay the shipping costs of your return within a maximum of 14 days if one of the points below applies to your order:

  1. If you have received a product that you have not ordered;
  2. If you receive a defective product;
  3. If you have ordered a product from us on the basis of incorrect product information on the website.

You must pay the shipping costs for the return shipment yourself if one of the points below applies to your order.

  1. If you are not satisfied with a product;
  2. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Refunds

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
