How do you ensure that my plants arrive in good condition?
Plants need careful transport. That is why we work together with Luna Koeriers, who are specialized in delivering plants and flowers. The combination of our packaging specially made for plants and the care with which the courier company handles plants ensures that your order is delivered undamaged. Sometimes garden plants need some time after delivery to recover from the lack of light and moisture and can hang slightly on delivery. Don't worry, once planted, it will recover quickly. When will my plants be delivered?
We aim to deliver your plants within 2 to 4 working days after ordering.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, that is possible by appointment at our Store-Alkmaar. Feel free to contact us for an appointment via firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 085-0041772.
Can I exchange or return plants?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Because a plant is living material, you cannot exchange or return it with us.
Delivery other products - by PostNL
When will my package be delivered?
You will always find the latest information about your package on track & trace (also available in the PostNL app). Fill in the track & trace code (barcode or 'non-home code') and the zip code of the recipient, and you will immediately see when your package will be delivered.
Can I choose the delivery time or place myself?
No, unfortunately that is not yet possible. We aim to have your package delivered within 2-4 working days after ordering. You can follow your package via the track and trace code and you can immediately see when your package will be delivered.
Can you choose where you want to receive your package?
Yes, that's possible. You can see the possibilities in the track & trace environment. For example, you can choose delivery to the nearest PostNL point.
You can pass on your delivery wishes via track & trace. PostNL will leave you a card with a 'non-home code'. With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package. Your package will be stored at the PostNL point for a week.
Do you also deliver on national holidays?
Different delivery dates may apply during special offers and holidays.
What are the return costs?
That depends on the product you want to exchange or return. The return costs are at the expense of the consumer.
Can I pick up my order at your store?

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt.
You then have another 14 days to return your order. PAY ATTENTION! In the case of plants, it is unfortunately not possible to return them. You cannot make use of the right of withdrawal if the delivered product cannot be returned due to its nature or if it can spoil or age quickly. If you unexpectedly experience problems with the health of the plant, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to find a suitable solution. Return shipping costs
Return shipments are at the expense of the consumer.
Return your package (excluding plants) in the following way:
1. Log in and select the item you want to return in your order. If you do not have an account, please register your return via email@example.com.
2. You will then receive your return information from us by e-mail.
3. Return the items you wish to return in their own packaging.
4. Follow the steps in the return information you received from us. Print out the return label and stick it on the box.
5 Drop off your return package at a PostNL point. There is always one near you. At the PostNL point you will receive a proof with your track & trace code.
6. After we have received your return, we will refund your money within a week.

Do you want to exchange your item (excluding plants)? No problem. Please contact us first via firstname.lastname@example.org. Because a plant is living material, you cannot return it to us
With the right care, we give a 6-month garden plant guarantee. Of course, despite our and your efforts, a plant may fail and die within 6 months of delivery. In that case, send an e-mail to email@example.com with the order number, personal details and a photo of the plant. You will then receive a new similar garden plant from us.
We give a 30-day plant guarantee on our house plants.
