Shipping Policy
How will my order be delivered?
All orders placed through the LEAFF webshop are delivered by PostNL. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email after the order has been submitted to PostNL from our warehouse. In this email, the track & trace code is also mentioned, so that you can track your order. You can also find out what time your order will be delivered to your shipping address via the code.
You may not be at home during the delivery. No problem! LEAFF packages simply fit through your letterbox.
When do I receive my order?
You will receive your order within two to four working days.
Can I change my order?
You can always email us with the request to change your order. In some cases this is still possible, if the package has not yet been offered at PostNL. You can always send an email. Always state your order number and indicate what needs to be changed. Then we will do our best to change your order.
What is the current status of my order?
When your order is registered for shipment, you will receive an email with the shipping details.
I have not received a confirmation of receipt, order confirmation or delivery announcement by e-mail, what should I do?
Have you not received a confirmation of receipt? In this case, it is best to contact us via info@leaffstore.nl.
Can I have the order delivered to an address other than my billing address?
When purchasing you can enter the address where you want to receive the order. After the order has been registered with PostNL, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the order via the PostNL website.
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
It is rare that an order is not delivered. In some cases this can unfortunately be the case. If there are any problems (and you have received a track & trace code), you can contact PostNL. If you have not received your order after a week, you can contact LEAFF via info@leaffstore.nl.
Refund Policy
Will I get my money back if I return a product?
Of course you will get your money back when you return your product. If the products do not meet the requirements for returns, the products will be returned to the customer. Are you not sure whether your products (still) meet the requirements? Feel free to send an email to info@leaffstore.nl
How and within what time will I get my money refunded?
The returned products will be checked by us upon arrival at the warehouse. If everything is in order and all requirements have been met, we will transfer the amount to you within 14 days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Within what time can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days after shipment, after which this is unfortunately not possible (unless the problem is covered by the warranty). Discounted items can unfortunately not be returned.
How can I return my order?
Send an e-mail to info@leaffstore.nl stating your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. The request must be made within 14 days from the date of dispatch. The items will be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, in the original packaging and with all accessories supplied.
After the return has been approved, we will send you a shipping label with which you can return your order for free. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at info@leaffstore.nl
