CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days following the day on which you received the products. Customers wishing to cancel an order must notify the company within 14 working days after the day on which you received the product(s) that you intend to return. Your statutory rights are not affected. Goods must be returned, unopened and in the condition they were dispatched. If goods are returned in original condition a full refund will be made within 5 days of receiving the product. We recommend that you send any returns via Recorded Delivery, as the company will not assume responsibility for items lost in transit. Customers should return the goods at their own expense. All orders are carefully checked before leaving our distribution warehouse. If you receive products that are damaged or that do not meet your requirements, please send us an e-mail with your order number, tracking number (you can find the tracking number in the confirmation e-mail), your e-mail address and telephone number. If possible, please attach photos of the damaged products. Please notify us of damaged products within 14 days of receiving your package. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note: The cardboard shipping box may be damaged during transportation. If there are any damages, we ask that you do the following:
In case of minimal damage, we request that you accept the package. In such cases the products and product packaging is often undamaged. But don't forget to make a note on your confirmation of receipt and take photos of the damaged package.
