We received a call from one of our farmers, they couldn’t sell 1000kg of the most delicious king oyster musrooms, can we help. Yes, we can. We took over the mushrooms, marinated and grilled them and now they can be kept as a frozen product for longer then a year. They have a great bite and delicious taste! Grill them on the BBQ, make scewers or fry them in the pan.
