Where does Blokzeep ship to?
At the moment you can place an order with us from the Netherlands and Belgium. But of course we think that all of Europe should switch to shampoo bars, so we will keep you informed when this is expanded!
Do you buy a gift (packaging) from us and do you want to have it delivered directly to someone else? No problem! When checking out, enter a shipping address that is different from the billing address and we will arrange this for you!
Will my order be shipped for free?
We ship every order from 35 euros for free! For orders of less than 35 euros we charge the following shipping costs:
Netherlands: 3.95 euros
What is the delivery time for my order?
For every order placed before 12:00 on working days, we guarantee that it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the following working day at the latest. Please note, mail is usually not delivered on Mondays. Therefore, keep in mind that if we ship a package on Friday, it can arrive on Tuesday.
Will my order also be shipped sustainably?
We insist not to use plastic in our products and the same applies to our packaging materials. That is why all our orders are shipped in cardboard and the stickers we use are printed on paper. For example, we do our best to ship all orders as sustainably as possible.
Do I have to stay at home for my order?
We do our best to ship all orders as small as possible, because less volume = less CO2. That means that most of the orders fit through the letterbox! If your order is too large to be sent as a letterbox package, we will indicate this by e-mail.

Can I return my Blokzeep order?
We ship our orders with a seal in the form of a BLOKZEEP sticker. As long as this seal is intact, you can return your order. Has this seal been broken? Then you can unfortunately no longer return your order due to hygiene. However, we are happy to find a suitable solution together with you, if you are not satisfied with our products. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Within what period can I return my order?
Within the Netherlands you officially have a return period of 14 days. However, we think this is too short and that is why you have 30 days to change your mind for every order!
How do I register my return?
To return your order, send an email to email@example.com. Do not feel obliged to state a reason for your return in this email, but we would appreciate it if you would like to describe it in 1 or 2 sentences (more is always possible)! We like to learn from your feedback and can therefore continue to improve our customer experience.
What are the costs of a return shipment?
For your convenience, we will send you a shipping label by email when registering your return. Stick this label on your package and take it to the nearest post office. We deduct the costs below from the purchase amount to be refunded.

Note: you do not have to pay anything at the post office!
We ask you to take care of our products, even if you return them. If the product or packaging is more damaged on return than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation to you.
