How do I place and pay an order?

New Habitz is a holistic sustainable marketplace offering goods from numerous brands and stores. We want to help make it easy for you to find and buy what you need.

• By using the search bar at the top of every page or via the Shop New Habitz drop-down menu on the left side of page you can look for the product you want to buy. You can also shop by brand, shop by value or category.
• Once you’ve found a product that fits your needs and like to buy, simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button or ‘Buy Now’ on the product page. Then click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. 
• Enter your name, address, phonenumber and email address for your delivery details.
• When you’re ready to pay, select one of the payment options.
• Select the box to confirm you have read and agree to the website terms and conditions and have checked your order and data.
• Proceed to ”Pay order”.
• Once you’ve paid your order, we will confirm this via email and let you know when the seller dispatches it.
• The estimated delivery time of each vendor can be viewed on the vendors store page and via the track&trace code you will receive after placing your order.
• Grap your yoga mat and breath while you wait for your order to arrive. Don’t forget to review us on Kiyoh and let others know you enjoyed shopping with us:)
