New Habitz is a holistic sustainable marketplace offering goods from numerous brands and stores. Shop from a variety of sustainable vendors with one low flat rate shipping costs. For The Netherlands and Belgium we charge a flat fee of € 5,95.

We don’t hold stock ourselves and we don’t have huge warehouses full of products like other marketplace sites. Warehouses create, as a result, waste within a brand’s supply chain. Through extra shipping, additional inventory, storage and electricity costs, etc. To solve the warehouse issue, we created proprietary software to connect the available products from our brands to offer what you see on the marketplace and let them ship the products directly to you.
Therefore the delivery date depends on the vendors and brands you’re buying from. If you’ve purchased from different brands it might happen that your items arrive at different times. In practice you will receive your sustainable goods within 2-5 working days. The estimated delivery time of each vendor can be viewed on the vendors store page and via the track&trace code you will receive after placing your order.
Most of our sellers use tracked delivery services. If a tracked service is used then you’ll be emailed the tracking information, and you can also find this in your account on the related order.
What does the carrier do if I am not at home? Most of the carriers from our resellers will offer the order again, deliver to the neighbors or leave it at a collection point. You will be notified by the carrier.
Who is the carrier?
New Habitz does not sell directly and all our partners work with their own selected carriers. After placing your order you will receive delivery details from the carrier.
